NPC Labs is a Brisbane-based AI consulting studio. We design and build practical workflows that remove the repetitive admin work drowning small business teams — without the hype, the bloat, or the enterprise price tag.
Why we started
Most small business owners we know aren't short on ambition — they're short on time. The bottleneck is always the same: too much admin, not enough hours, and a team stretched across tasks that shouldn't require a human at all.
The tools to fix this have existed for years. But most AI consultants either sell complexity (custom models, six-figure platforms) or surface-level tips that don't stick past the first week.
We built NPC Labs to be something different: a small team that actually implements the workflows, tests them with real data, and hands them over in a state where your team can run them without us.
